Commercial Water & Mold Damage Caused by Severe Roof Leaks After Heavy Rains, Wayne, NJ
A large scale water damage and mold remediation restoration project was organized and performed by SERVPRO of Northern Sussex County after an occupied commercial building suffered several heavy roof leaks during rain storms, and a pipe leak. Due to previous water damages, mold had already formed throughout the building. To get an idea of the size of this work scope, some of the areas our teams remediated were the audio show room, main hallways, 3 executive rooms, the tv showroom, rear hallways, several cubicle spaces, storage rooms and pantries, a large conference room, and the entire sales office areas. SERVPRO of Northern Sussex County handled everything from the start of the beginning initial water damage emergency services, and demolition of the required areas, drying out of the structure, detailed cleaning, mold remediation, sanitization, to the very end stages of replacing the damaged acoustic ceiling tile and dry wall patchment throughout. In this picture one of our technicians can be seen working during the remediation process inside the building’s tv showroom.
