Residential Attic Mold

Discovered during a home inspection, SERVPRO of Northern Sussex County was able to remediate the mold in this attic and help the sale go through.

Even though this is a non-living space, the goal is to completely eradicate the presence of mold, including the residual staining which can remain.

SERVPRO cleaning methods could include dry ice blasting in addition to HEPA vacuuming and hand cleaning or scrubbing of the structure.  In addition, during our cleaning, air scrubbers are always in place to ensure the highest possible indoor air quality.

Our mold remediation work is always performed using personal protection equipment (PPE) and conforms to IICRC S520 industry standards.
